CAREER CHAMELEON
I'm delighted to have been featured in last month's Woman's Own magazine and the Career Chameleon title they gave me is spot on.

Looking back, my working life has certainly been varied: from PR to The Big Breakfast and a career in TV production (Changing Rooms, Ready Steady Cook, L!VE TV, etc.), to setting up my own TV business (findatvexpert), working in publishing and finally training as a Life Coach and setting up my own coaching business.
And, as you may have seen in a recent blog, the journey continues. Because this summer I worked as a Broadcast Assistant with the Henley Royal Regatta TV production team, which was fantastic.
It's why I truly believe that when you know what you want, you can take steps to make it happen, whether that's a new chapter or adventure in midlife, a personal goal or a career change.
Change means stepping outside your comfort zone, though, and you have to consider the impact on finances, family life, relationships and all the other practicalities.
But if you're prepared to put in the groundwork, make the necessary sacrifices, overcome obstacles, ignore the ANTS (Automatic Negative Thoughts) and keep going, you can get from where you are to where you want to be.
A big thank you to Kira Agass and Mishaal Khan at Woman's Own for sharing my story.
